Big Sur Honey Co. is a small family operation, run by Dylan and Jessie and their two little helpers.  Beekeeping began as a hobby for Dylan and quickly became a passion.  The business followed naturally, as love for their honey amongst friends and locals became apparent.  They now have about 100 hives, and are still growing as a business.  Each year they add more hives to our operation, and will be expanding their product offerings in the coming years as well.

Their bees forage exclusively on Big Sur wildflowers, resulting in a honey as unique and rich as the land itself.  The flavor is deep and complex, with notes of caramel and citrus. Their honey is raw, unfiltered, and never diluted with additional sweeteners.  There is very little pesticide use in the wilderness forage zone, and their hives are completely treatment free.  

Honey is packaged in glass and is available in 2 sizes: 5.6oz and 11.3oz.
