During her lifetime Lucia K. Mathews was considerably more well known as the wife of painter Arthur F. Matthews than as an important artist in her own right. Fortunately she is now recognized as one of the great California artists of the 20th Century. Our California poppy gift set represents two of Lucia’s signature images on note cards and an address book.
