Charlie Favour grew up around the ranches and rodeos of Prescott, Arizona. He began serious leather braiding when he was eleven years old. Throughout his career Charlie has been a serious student of all aspects of Native American crafts as well as the leatherwork of the old time cowboys. These twin interests are reflected in the signature cuff bracelets that are offered by the Phoenix.

Currently Charlie lives in Northern New Mexico, dividing his time between Santa Fe and his jewelry studio overlooking Abiquiu Lake.
